Key Takeaways

  • Quantizr, the AI-powered financial operations platform for the live entertainment industry, has raised a $5 million seed round led by TTV Capital.
  • Quantizr uses AI to extract financial information from business documents and organizes the data into a structured, live workflow.
  • The company recently expanded its platform with Quantizr Tour Financials (QTF), giving artist managers and their teams a real-time view of financials while on tour.

Quantizr, the AI-powered financial operations platform for the live entertainment industry, announced today that it has raised a $5 million seed round led by TTV Capital, an early investor in Bill.com and Greenlight, with participation from music industry veterans Jonathan Azu, founder of Culture Collective, Chris Kappy, founder of Make Wake Artists, and Andy Levine, founder of Sixthman and Topeka.

Quantizr’s funding arrives at a time when the conversation about AI in the music industry is dominated by fears that the technology will take jobs away from artists, songwriters, and producers. The company was founded with the belief that AI shouldn’t replace the humans who make music or the connections that only live music can create. Rather, Quantizr uses AI to eliminate hours of manual work typically spent on financial operations.

“AI should not replace the people who create music or build careers. It should remove the repetitive work that takes time away from the creative processes that drive artist success,” said Joshua Litwack, CFA, Founder and CEO of Quantizr. “Our goal is to give teams a clearer view of the money behind a tour so they can protect margins, make smarter calls, and spend more time on the human work that moves an artist’s business forward.”

Artist managers and business managers still spend hours pulling critical information from show offers, contracts, budgets, expense reports, and settlement statements. Much of that work happens across fragmented PDFs, spreadsheets, and email threads, making it difficult to understand profitability, commissions, and artist walkout while a tour is still underway.

Quantizr uses AI to extract financial information from business documents and organizes the data into a structured, live workflow. Rather than manually rebuilding financial information across spreadsheets, teams can use Quantizr to create projections, manage budgets, track expenses, review settlements, and understand how individual decisions affect an artist’s bottom line. The company recently expanded its platform with Quantizr Tour Financials (QTF), giving artist managers and their teams a real-time view of financials while on tour.

“Quantizr is bringing operational efficiency and financial clarity to live entertainment – an industry that has long relied on opaque spreadsheets, emails, and documents to calculate financial projections,” said Gardiner Garrard, co-founder and managing partner at TTV Capital. “Josh’s background in the music industry and financial systems makes him uniquely qualified to build and scale this business. We believe Quantizr has the potential to transform financial operations in live entertainment, making it possible for managers to run more profitable tours and meaningful fan experiences.”

Quantizr was founded by fintech executive Joshua Litwack, CFA, who worked in portfolio and risk analytics at Bloomberg, then later served as a Director at BlackRock. He previously founded Paragon Data Labs, which scaled from startup to acquisition by Intapp (NASDAQ: INTA) in three years.

Since launching nine months ago, Quantizr has quadrupled its user base and signed large enterprise contracts with prominent firms across the entertainment industry. The company will use this new infusion of capital to expand financial infrastructure for the live entertainment industry.

Following this success, Quantizr is giving back to the community by offering a free three-month trial for artist managers and their teams to have a real-time view of their financials while on tour. To sign up, visit https://tour.quantizr.com.
